Chinese-Style Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe

Hello friends, welcome once again to my channel. Today I bring you a super delicious Chinese recipe - sweet and sour chicken. It's a super easy recipe that you can try at home. Let's go!

For this recipe, you will need half a chicken breast, cut into cubes. In a bowl, add salt, beaten egg, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and ground pepper to the chicken. Stir well to make sure the chicken absorbs all the flavors.

Next, add cornstarch to the chicken mixture. Stir well and let it settle in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut red and green peppers into squares, and chop onions and garlic. Prepare the sweet and sour sauce by cooking water, ketchup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar until the water reduces and a thick sauce remains.

Fry the chicken in small batches until golden brown. In another pan, sauté garlic, onions, and peppers. Add the sweet and sour sauce and cook the vegetables. Finally, add the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce. Mix in the fried chicken and let it cook for a couple more minutes.
